These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the platform commugoal.click (hereinafter "commugoal"), operated by matlon GmbH, Rainstrasse 49, 8038 Zurich, Switzerland.
commugoal is a free web app for community-based goal tracking. Users can create communities, define challenges, log achievements, and work together towards a group goal. The use of commugoal is free of charge.
Access to commugoal is exclusively via Google, Microsoft, or Apple OAuth. Upon sign-in, your name and email address are retrieved from your Google/Microsoft/Apple account. No separate password is required.
The use of commugoal is permitted solely for private and non-commercial purposes, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The following is prohibited:
commugoal is provided "as-is". matlon GmbH makes no guarantee regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the accuracy of the data displayed. Liability for indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
matlon GmbH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users through appropriate means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
