2. Data We Collect

Sign-in via Google/Microsoft/Apple OAuth

When you sign in, we receive the following data from Google/Microsoft/Apple:

  • Email address
  • Name (display name)

No passwords or other credentials are stored by us.

Usage Data

The following data is stored as part of using the app:

  • Communities, challenges, and accomplishments you create
  • Community membership and role (Member/Admin)
  • Timestamps of relevant actions (e.g. last sign-in)

3. Visibility of User Data

A user's display name is visible to other members of the same community. Email addresses are not displayed publicly.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

The data collected is used exclusively to operate the app:

  • Authentication and identification of users
  • Displaying profiles and community content
  • Calculating and displaying the group goal

5. Hosting

commugoal.click is hosted on servers in the European Union. The database is operated via Supabase, a service with server locations in the EU.

6. Cookies and Sessions

commugoal uses a signed session cookie (commugoal_session) to maintain your login session. No tracking cookies or third-party cookies are used.

7. SSL / Encryption

All communication with commugoal.click is encrypted via HTTPS.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access your stored data
  • Rectification of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of your data

Delete Your Account

You can delete your account at any time directly from your profile. This will permanently remove all your data: challenges, accomplishments, community memberships, and any communities for which you are the sole administrator.
